Origins of Reflexology
The healing practice of Reflexology dates back to the Ancient Egyptians and is one of the most popular and powerful contemporary health treatments available today.

How it works
Reflexology works by applying gentle pressure on specific points of the feet. These points relate to each organ in the body through a system of energy pathways. During the treatment, areas of imbalance in the body can be detected. Through regular sessions with me, balance can once again be restored. This holistic healing technique encourages the body to cleanse itself of toxins and residues in order to heal. I focus on specific complaints, while taking into account other aspects of your health and lifestyle to promote a healthier you.

So much more than a foot massage
Reflexology is not simply a foot massage, it is a gentle non-invasive therapy which helps to improve and maintain good general well-being. Reflexology sees the feet as a reflection to a person’s state of physical and emotional health. The treatment can uncover areas of imbalance and work to bring the body back to a state of equilibrium. It helps to restore the body to its natural rhythm, which then enables it to heal.

First Session

Take the first step towards a brighter future. On your first visit with me, there will be a brief initial consultation where I note general information about your way of life and medical history. The treatment follows - an organic Reflexology wax will be applied to the feet and a gentle massage begins, while relaxing music is playing. I will do my best to make you feel comfortable and relaxed in order for you to gain the most benefit from the Reflexology treatment.

While many people use Reflexology to relax the body and mind, many healthcare professionals recognise Reflexology as an established, respected and effective therapy.

Our feet hold trigger points which relate to specific areas and organs in the body. Reflexology works by clearing areas of imbalance in order to allow your body and mind to heal naturally. It is a holistic treatment which not only takes into account symptoms, but treats the entire body.

Reflexology and Conception

Since the early 1980s, the incidence of infertility has risen dramatically; with at least 1 in 4 couples having difficulties conceiving.

Reflexology can help both partners to improve their hormonal and reproductive functions. It can help rid the body of toxins, relieve stress and help you to be in the best possible condition to create a life.

Reflexology can also be used alongside conventional medical fertility treatment.
